Racetech has the abilities and experience to perform many Race car and Hot Rod fabricating needs for most customers. We can repair a rusted out chassis or fabricate custom suspension or a complete chassis for Street or track.

We can weld Aluminum, 4130, Steel and cast steel like exhaust manifolds. If you need to repair a Vintage piece or weld something new, we can weld it. We have current  Tig, Mig and Oxy Acetylene welding units.

We can Shear, brake, stretch, shrink, form and bead roll Aluminum and Steel panels for custom interiors and tanks. We have all the necessary hand tools for sheet metal fabrication and hammer forming and repairing vintage parts or panels.

We have our own Hydraulic bender with the following dies:

1" x 3.5" 180 degree, center line radius, round

1.25" x 3.5" 180 degree, center line radius, round

1.375" x 4.5" 180 degree, center line radius, round

1.5" x 5.5" 180 degree, center line radius, round

1.625" x 5.5" 180 degree, center line radius, round

1.75" x 5.5" 180 degree, center line radius, round

If you need something other than these sizes, we will be happy to get the right dies or we have another source for bending.

We can turn suspension arms, steering arms, bushings, threaded sleeves or inserts,  suspension or sway bars. We have combined suspension experience of over 30 years so if you need a vintage Stock Car, Road Race Car or even a Hot Rod repaired or built, we re able to to do it.

Racetech can fabricate custom Aluminum or steel fuel, water, oil tanks and can custom fabricate Turbo Air intake and inter cooler lines or modify existing pieces.

We can use our chassis jig to repair or build a complete frame for Hot Rods, Road Race, Stock Cars, Slat Flat Car and off road rigs.
